BOURY ACADEMY

The Boury Academy is a private initiative to offer young chefs, waiters, sommeliers... from around the globe the opportunity to learn and gain experience in the kitchen or service team of Restaurant Boury in Roeselare, Belgium.

 

As a gastronomic restaurant with a great team of talented players, our concept serves as a knowledge centre for motivated people.

Candidates get a good insight in modern, European gastronomy,  discipline, mentality and day-to-day life. A very enriching experience.

WHO IS IT FOR

INTERNS

The internship program is a fully certified formation program and assists in the visum application procedure. 

The program lasts for 3 months (non-European applicants) up to 6 months (European applicants).

Administrative guidance and accommodation is provided.

Succesful interns might be invited to join the permanent staff.

PERMANENT STAFF

Note that, for visum purposes, only candidates with a European passport are eligible for a permanent staff position.
