
DESCRIPTION
As an Assistant Maître, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the front of house in one of Europe’s leading fine-dining restaurants. Working closely with the Chef Maître, you will help ensure an exceptional guest experience, seamless service flow, and the highest standards of hospitality at Michelin-star level. This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership, service excellence, and organizational skills in a refined and ambitious environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality service.
Strong passion for hospitality, guest experience, and fine dining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm and precision.
Natural leadership skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Chef Maître in overseeing daily front-of-house operations.
Assist in coordinating service to ensure smooth and consistent guest experiences.
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional, personalized service throughout their visit.
Supervise and support the service team during preparation and service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements with discretion and care.
Ensure high standards of service, presentation, hygiene, and discipline are upheld.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented working atmosphere.
