
DESCRIPTION
As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Europe’s leading fine-dining kitchens. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team, learning and supporting the preparation, mise en place, and service at a Michelin-star level. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills, discipline, and creativity in an ambitious and supportive environment.
REQUIREMENTS
· Culinary student or recent graduate from a recognized hospitality/culinary school
· Strong passion for fine dining and gastronomy
· Ability to work under pressure with discipline and attention to detail
· Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional team
· Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
· Flexible, team-minded, and motivated
· Proficiency in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the daily preparation and mise en place under the supervision of senior chefs
· Execute assigned tasks in a specific kitchen section with precision and consistency
· Learn to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and efficiency
· Support the team during service to ensure flawless execution of dishes
· Traineeship: 3 to 6 months
