DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Chef the Partie. Working within a highly driven team, you will be responsible for your section while contributing to the overall consistency and refinement that define Boury’s cuisine. You will work with exceptional products, refined techniques, and a clear culinary vision, in an environment where craftsmanship and teamwork are essential.nsure consistency, quality, and flawless execution, contributing directly to the overall dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within fine dining or a high-quality kitchen

  • Solid technical cooking skills with a strong foundation in classical techniques

  • Good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented working attitude

  • Ability to perform consistently under pressure in a demanding kitchen environment

  • Strong team spirit and clear communication skills

  • Genuine passion for gastronomy and respect for product and craftsmanship

  • High standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization

  • Flexibility and commitment regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Eligibility: European passport required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking full responsibility for your assigned section and ensuring flawless execution at all times

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in line with Boury’s culinary standards and philosophy

  • Maintaining consistency, precision, and attention to detail during service

  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations

  • Managing mise en place efficiently and respecting service timings

  • Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organization

  • Training and guiding commis chefs within your section

  • Contributing to a professional, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen environment
