DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced, structured, and creative baker. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily production of bread and baked goods at the highest gastronomic level. You wil work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, quality, and flawless execution, contributing directly to the overall dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Education: Formal training in bakery

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Technical skills:

    • Excellent baker techniques and exceptional attention to detail

    • Strong sense of flavour balance, texture, and presentation

    • Structured, precise, and highly organized working style

  • Languages: Dutch and/or English

  • Eligibility: European passport required

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and bake artisanal breads and bakery products in line with Boury’s quality standards


· Manage daily mise en place and production planning for bakery items


· Ensure absolute consistency, precision, and product excellence


· Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace organization


· Monitor fermentation processes, baking times, and product quality


· Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to align production with service requirements


· Support service when required to ensure flawless execution


· Handle ingredients and equipment with care and respect for craftsmanship


· Contribute to a professional, disciplined, and team-oriented working environment


· Continuously strive for improvement in techniques, efficiency, and quality
