Chocolatier M is a chocolate company founded by David Maenhout, a renowned Belgian chocolatier. Based in Knokke, Belgium, he is known for his creativity and craftsmanship in producing artisan high-end chocolates. David Maenhout established Chocolatier M in 2005, together with Isabelle Hertsens, quickly gaining a reputation for his refined pralines and original flavor pairings.
